This is a combination workshop and retreat. You may attend just the morning practices, (these are called Master Classes - they include asana, meditation, chanting, pranayama) or you may attend the entire schedule.

These three days will prepare you for a deep cleansing, on every level imaginable, before the New Year begins. We will rid ourselves gently to vigourously, of any residue from 2007 to enter into 2008 as shiny new vessels! Practices will range from hot sweaty asana, gentle ayurvedic massage, nostril cleansing, cool restorative poses, deep meditation practices, subtle pranayama practices, and delicious heart opening chanting.

This weekend intensive has an Ayurvedic theme:
For entire attendance, meals will be provided. They will be organic, vegan and cleansing. The “cleansing practices” (kriyas) are: pranayama, ayurvedic massage and inversions.
